Carried out since June 2007, the project had been planned to complete in June 2011.
The aim of the project is to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of local authorities in establishing the development plan and budget as well as providing public services.
According to Hậu Giang Provincial People’s Committee, the project has gained a range of achievements, such as building a database software and forming a socio-economic development plan for the province’s development.
