Accordingly, State agencies and organizations will have to collect children’s comments in an appropriate way when building and enforcing children-related laws.

The program aims to create a favourable environment and raise capacity for children and ensure children’s rights in accordance with the legal system and the United Nations Convention on the rights of the child.

Under the new program, 100% of children-related laws and policies at central, provincial and district levels are required to be commented by children.

Children would give their opinions to 90% of children-related decisions at schools and in the community.

The program consists of three projects on (1) communication to raise awareness and skills to implement the rights to participation for children ; (2) raising competence of children’s participation; (3) building and implementing models on children’s rights to participation./.
