Head of the Department of Telecommunications, under the MIC Pham Hong Hai was appointed Deputy Minister of the MIC.
The PM appointed Mr. Nguyen Kim Anh as Deputy Governor of the SBV.
Mr. Anh was former head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, under the SBV.
The PM approved the election of Mr. Ha Sy Dong as Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Province’s People’s Committee in the 2011-2016 phase.
