Accordingly, the central province will become the center of finance, trade, tourism, education-training, science-technology, health, culture, sports and high technology of the North Central Coast.
By 2020, the province’s GDP will grow by 9.5-10.5% per year, its per capita income will reach US$2,800-3,500 and its poor household will be reduced by 2.5-3% per year in the 2016-2020 phase.
In terms of industry and construction, Nghe An Province strives to achieve an industry and construction annual growth of 14-15% per year.
The province also heads to establish additional 5-10 industrial clusters and 25-30 trade villages by 2020.
The growth of agricultural production is expected at 4.5-5% in the 2016-2020 phase.
